Do I set up the fire pit myself, and if so, how?
Our products are generally ready to use upon unboxing; some items may require basic assembly or placement only (no plumbing/wiring). Contact us so we can advise you based on the item you would like to order. All orders come with accessories included
How long does it take to assemble the firepit myself?
Typically you should be able unbox and place; some items you can expect 10–30 minutes if there is any assembly. We would be happy to inform you if this is relevant to the item you are interested in.
Are bioethanol fireplaces safe for indoor use?
Yes, bioethanol fires can be enjoyed indoors if the specific manufacturer permits so. Please refer to specific product instructions before or contact our team to find a product that best suits your needs. Some require a base plate to ensure heat does not go downwards into the floor
Are bioethanol fireplaces safe for homes with children or pets?
Bioethanol fireplaces are safe if used as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Please also keep in mind that you should still only do so under supervision and use barriers as required. We offer glass screen accessories for most units, which can help to keep pets and children clear of open flame.
Can bioethanol fireplace heat the room?
Bioethanol fires supply supplemental warmth but are usually best with an additional heat source too.
Can I extinguish the fireplace before the fuel has burned?
Yes, Some products include the snuffer or lid to extinguish the fireplace (check each specific product guide).
